Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach
Qualify leads based on their business needs and potential fit
Product Demonstrations
Present and demonstrate ERP SaaS solutions to prospective customers
Clearly articulate product value, features, and benefits
Sales Strategy & Execution
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective strategies
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong client relationships to encourage renewals and upsells
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns
Market Feedback & Reporting
Provide regular feedback to the product and marketing teams regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis
Track and report sales activities and metrics in CRM systems
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year
of sales experience (software/technology sales preferred)
Solid understanding of
ERP systems
and/or SaaS platforms
Strong
communication
and
presentation
skills
Demonstrated ability to
meet or exceed sales targets
Proven track record in
relationship building
and
client management
Bachelor’s degree in
Business, Marketing, Information Technology
, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
