ExtraMile Business Solutions has implemented Odoo since 2020 and has delivered 50+ projects across 14 industries for clients in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain and Qatar, from offices in Cairo and Jeddah.
ExtraMile Business Solutions was founded in 2020 with a single focus: Odoo ERP. We do not resell several systems. We specialise in Odoo Community and Enterprise, and implement and extend it with an in-house team of project managers, implementers and developers.
We work with companies that have outgrown spreadsheets and disconnected programs, and move them onto one connected system for sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, HR and projects, while meeting local requirements such as ZATCA e-invoicing in Saudi Arabia and the Egyptian Tax Authority e-invoice and e-receipt.
Our mission: to make enterprise-grade ERP practical, affordable and tailored for growing businesses in our region.

OUR STORY
How ExtraMile Grew
ExtraMile started in 2020 in Cairo, implementing Odoo for Egyptian companies that had outgrown spreadsheets and stand-alone accounting programs. From the start we chose to specialise in Odoo only, and to build the development team in-house rather than rely on outside developers.
As our clients grew into the Gulf, we opened our office in Jeddah and now serve companies in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain and Qatar. With each project in construction, pharmacy, retail and manufacturing, we built ready starting points for those industries, which shorten the time to go-live for the next client.
When e-invoicing arrived in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, connecting Odoo to the Egyptian Tax Authority and to ZATCA's Fatoora platform became a core part of our work. Today we have delivered 50+ projects across 14 industries.
